creamy cumin dressing
(amounts are extremely approximate):
1/2 c sesame tahini
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
some sea salt
blend, adding water to get dressing consistancy.
this dressing is not just for tacos.
mix dressing with a handful of chopped baby greens to coat. combine with 1/4 c finely chopped cilantro and fold into the tortilla of your choice with 1/4 avocado sliced thin, a chopped cherry tomato or two, and salsa.
