Mango Macadamia

1 c filtered water
1.5 mangoes
1/3 banana
3-4 medjol dates
2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
sprinkle of cinnamon
1/4 c raw macadamia nuts, soaked for 2-3 hours
(room temperature, covered glass dish) and drained
(these will stay well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days after soaking)
sprinkle of sea salt
